  • Shoeszon is an online footwear platform offering premium-quality branded shoes.
  • By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or using the site under parental supervision.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

2. Product Information & Quality

  • Shoeszon deals only in 7A premium quality footwear.
  • Product images, videos, and descriptions are for reference purposes. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing batches.
  • We do not deal in low-grade or substandard products.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices on Shoeszon may be higher than other websites due to our strict focus on premium quality.
  • All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, order details are shared via WhatsApp.
  • Our team may contact the customer within 48 hours for order verification and confirmation.
  • As part of our quality assurance process, the product may be shown to the customer via live video call before dispatch.
  • Orders are dispatched only after customer confirmation.

5. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Prepaid payments (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, etc.)

✔ Both COD and prepaid orders are accepted


6. Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after confirmation.
  • Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp and email.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner.
  • Open box delivery is not available.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for quality-related issues, within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original box, tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection at our warehouse.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is confirmed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Customers must contact support as early as possible to request cancellation.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and shipping address.
  • Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
  • Misuse of return or refund policies may result in account restrictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Shoeszon shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Shoeszon.in, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of Shoeszon.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
